The Associate Director will be working within the Financial Operations team and will oversee the project management within the areas of CFO & HR. He/she must have experience in managing Finance & Economics projects.

We are looking for a person to join a full-time position in Madrid.

 

 

Responsibilities

Your role as Associate Director, Project Management for Financial Operations – CFO & HR will involve:

  • Project management: planning, coordinating, and monitoring.
  • Understanding the needs of Business areas to identify and specify solutions to support them.
  • Management and follow-up with the business areas of IT projects.
  • Management of providers of the systems that support the areas under his/her responsibility.

Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you should have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Accounting or similar.
  • Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Experience with ERP: Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, Microsoft Dynamics 365 HR or other financial/HR Applications is desired.
  • Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience.
  • Knowledge in Office Suite, Power BI.
  • The candidate will have good communication and coordination skills since he/she will be working with IT functional responsible (Business Partners), Users Areas, vendors and outsource IT support.
  • Fluent English & Spanish, both written and spoken.
