We are looking for a person to join a full-time position in Madrid.  

Responsibilities

Your role an Associate Director will involve: 

  • Support the execution of key employee journey moments like onboarding and exit interviews while identifying changes and improvement needs to enhance the employee experience.
  • Collaborate with the IT Department to facilitate the adoption of new systems and technologies that streamline internal Talent Management processes.
  • Implement, assess, and amplify the impact of the annual employee engagement survey to ensure a comprehensive understanding of organizational sentiment and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Lead the development and integration of sophisticated annual analyses of critical human resources metrics.
  • Strategically manage and lead institutional-level projects related to institutional competencies, leveraging communication and cultural initiatives to drive organizational growth.
  • Support the integration of organizational competencies within recruitment, training, and performance evaluation processes by working with the different Associate Directors of the team.
  • Lead and implement the Talent Management communication plan, encompassing diverse formats, calendars, and targeted strategies to enhance internal stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you should have:  

  • A solid background in talent management or related fields.
  • Academic qualifications in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent disciplines. Master´s Degree from a top University will be valued.
  • Experience in communication plans will be valued.
  • Effective communication skills and experience in implementing cultural change initiatives.
  • Knowledge of development tools and onboarding processes.
  • Ability to work as a team and foster a collaborative environment.
