IE University is looking for an Assistant to provide support in HR administration and accounting tasks.

We are looking for a person to join a full-time position based in Madrid - IE Tower.

Responsibilities

Your role as an Assistant, HR Administration & Accounting will involve:

 

  • Accounting of HR expenses: payroll and invoices of social benefits
  • Control and monitoring of invoices, payments, notes, transfers, and book-keeping
  • Issuance of bank transfers and control of bank movements
  • Maintenance of the HR database: entries, departures, incidents, and archives
  • Preparation of periodic reports
  • Application of established policies
  • Provide widespread support to the Department

Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • Education in HR, Accounting or related field.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Experience in accounting.
  • Experience in Microsoft AX Dynamics would be a plus.
  • High level of Microsoft Excel and database management.
  • High analytical and organizational skills, high attention to detail.
