The assistant will collaborate in the management and reservation of spaces for the curricular and non-curricular activities of all type of programs and other academic and non-academic activities of IE.

We are looking for a person to join a full-time position based in Madrid - Velázquez 130 & IE Tower (rotating shifts).

Responsibilities

Your role as an Assistant, Spaces Booking will involve:

  • Reception and registration of all requests for reservations of the IE activity.
  • Handling requests and emails and responding on time.
  • Attention to applicants, facilitating the most suitable space options for their needs.
  • Allocation of spaces based on the department's guidelines and IE's strategic objectives.
  • Support in the routine processes of the department to achieve its objectives.

Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (written and oral).
  • Strong organizational capacity.
  • Planning and negotiation skills. 
  • Excellent customer service skills.
