Are you ready to join a dynamic team of professionals who are revolutionizing the way we learn? IE University Lifelong Learning Marketing Department is looking for a Digital Marketing Junior Manager to join its team!

 

The Digital Marketing Junior Manager will be in charge of defining and implementing the marketing strategy for The Tourism Online Academy (TOA), which is a learning platform founded by UN Tourism and IE University and that will be revamped during this year with a new look and feel, new functionalities to improve usability, many new courses in different languages among other enhancements.

 

This role will have a special focus on the implementation of digital marketing campaigns to attract new learners to the platform and to raise awareness in different regions. The ideal candidate is proactive, dynamic and must have a deep understanding of the latest digital marketing trends to create effective online campaigns, maximizing brand visibility and customer engagement.

We are looking for a person to join a full-time position based in Madrid. The duration is going to be for one year, to work in this specific project.

Responsibilities

Your role as a Digital Marketing-Junior Manager will involve:

  • In collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, define and execute the Marketing Plan, Creativities and PR Plan for the Tourism Online Academy.
  • Marketing Campaign management:
    • One of the main duties will be to manage all the Paid Social Media Campaigns of the portfolio, having an open mindset and a very creative approach for selecting the right social media, and also provide support in other channels like Google.
    • The Junior Manager will carry out a number of tasks including creating ads, optimization, interpretation of data, analyzing the success of our marketing actions, preparing reports, and campaigns follow-up focused on traffic optimization and End-to-End conversion from leads to enrolments.
  • Managing the content, copywriting, and design team to
    • Create digital marketing materials that effectively communicate the TOA’s value.
    • Create content for several channels such as blogs, social media, and email campaigns.
  • Managing organic communication on Social Media channels within IE University, UN Tourism and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Managing the other digital assets of the project:
    • Video trailers and short videos management
    • Brochures management
    • Landing pages management
    • Emailing campaigns
    • Planning and executing A/B test for Conversion Rate Optimization
    • Insights identification to improve results.
  • Measuring and reporting the results of the campaigns and status of the project.
  • Reporting to key stakeholders, both internal and external, and the manager
  • Managing external agencies contracted for any part of the project.

Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1 year of proven experience in a similar role as Digital Marketing Junior Manager, preferably in education.
  • Native Spanish speaker, fluent in English or vice versa.
  • Experience managing digital marketing campaigns.
  • Proven experience in managing Paid Social Media campaigns: Facebook, Linkedin, Google ads, Demand Gen, Pmax, Youtube, Tiktok, and others.
  • Knowledge of Inbound Marketing (Hubspot ideally) and experience in digital assets management:
    • Video trailers and short video.
    • Landing pages management
    • Contents management
    • Emailing campaigns
    • Brochures management
  • Experience in Conversion Rate Optimization. Strong focus in results.
  • Good analytical and numerical skills. Using analytical tools such as Google Analytics, DataStudio, Power BI & CRM data.
  • Ability to learn quickly new processes and tools, demonstrating strong technical capabilities.
  • Organizational, interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Used to work under pressure, managing priorities, managing internal and external stakeholders, managing customers.
  • Flexible to work under periods of complexity and uncertainty.
