The Business & Consumer Insights Expert will work closely with the B&CI Manager to build a portfolio intended to support 1) brand, 2) market trends, 3) products and 4) customer experience recommendations for IE University.
This person used to work under pressure, will participate, and lead data analysis and market research projects collecting relevant data and inputs from various sources, synthesizing findings, analyzing data, while providing timely insights.
The applicant works in close partnership with peers throughout the marketing & recruitment process, from development of creative analysis to the measurement and optimization of marketing platforms and tactics. Business Intelligence analysis focused on the Commercial Funnel is the key priority.
This person will support multiple projects and initiatives to inform about brand strategy, customer experience and Market Industry trends. The B&CI Expert will work cross functionally with internal partners, applying best-in-class statistical methodologies to answer business questions, managing Suppliers, analyzing internal and external data to draw insights while making business recommendations. The candidate will measure and analyze Customer and Market trends in order to share relevant insights that will deliver impactful business & competitors intelligence to our organization to drive increased performance.
We are looking for a curious, self-directed, and detail-orientated individual to create and link data structures, marketing reports and synthesize insights to enable the Internal Customers to make data-informed decisions to improve ROI. The B&CI Expert will prepare and present data findings on ongoing marketing campaigns alongside top level enrollment funnel tracking. The candidate will have good understanding of insights and analytics tools and how they can be leveraged to drive business action with a collaborative approach.
