Overview

This role will report directly to the General Controller, and functionally report to the Center of Leadership Development and Innovation, which is based in the Middle East. The successful candidate will be based in Madrid, although it will require to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

Key Action Areas:

  • Work closely with commercial and operations directors of MEA teams (with high dedication to Saudi Arabia projects) to execute the administrative management of the MEA business unit.
  • Provide with both financial & operations knowledge to be a key player in the improvement and innovation of the existing processes.
  • Perform administrative management of the MEA office and activity, such as accounts payable and receivables.
  • Responsible for all administrative and accounting processes in relation to clients and suppliers of the MEA unit.
  • Ensure that all administrative practices comply with accounting standards and with organization
  • Support the process of signing and follow up of new contracts.
  • Assist to the reporting and budgeting processes of organization.
  • Create any ad-hoc requests that may come in.
  • Travel occasionally to the Middle East.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics or Business or related field.
  • Master from a top institution is desirable.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (oral and written).
  • At least 4 years of administrative experience.
  • Deep knowledge of financial ERPs.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and Power Point.
  • Excellent communication skills, cultural awareness, and team player attitude.
  • Ability to absorb high volumes of work and manage tight deadlines.
  • Proactive spirit, wanting to learn and take on new challenges and responsibilities.
  • Arabic language is a plus.
