Overview

Diversify and adapt the portfolio of services and products offered by the library, to meet the needs of communication and learning in the development of people. Continuous analysis of the customer experience regarding communication, detecting niches and opportunities, and ensuring that the customer experience flows to the satisfaction of the user and efficiently for the unit. Detection of channels, possibilities of diffusion and communication. Management and support of access to information, to increase the engagement of all types of customers with the unit. Coordinate the daily management of the library of all the Campuses, to guarantee the correct communication and training regarding all the services and products for the clients of said campuses, ensuring that they have a first-class experience. Chat management, whats app, others. Management of the use (metrics and data) of the library's electronic and physical channels and analysis of improvement and implementation proposals. Preparation of presentations and KPIs of the Unit related to communication and training. Achieve a greater impact in the organization.

Responsibilities

Activities:

  • Coordination and Management of the services and products of the library. Processing of requests. Knowledge and management of sources of information and tools, both those subscribed by the library and those that are not subscribed by the library.
  • Preparation, implementation of the annual communication plan in the various channels. Impact evaluation and analysis communication and marketing.
  • Preparation of presentations of impact indicators of the Library.
  • Preparation, implementation and data management of the unit's training calendar.
  • Training of users in groups and individually in English on products, services and e-resources.
  • Diagnosis of electronic resources and resolution of incidents in access.
  • Management SEM, SEO, Wordpress, social media.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • BS in Information Sciences, BBA or Computer Engineer will be highly valued.
  • Private degree will be highly valued.
  • High level of English in conversation domain (B2/C1).
  • 1 year of experience or volunteering international o national profile is valued.
  • Leadership skills, critical and scientific reasoning, artistic, creativity, teamwork, resolution, service vocation and customer orientation, promoting continuous improvement actions and continuous learning approach, commitment, resolution and proactivity, sociability, dedication and responsibility, objectivity, create functional work environment, adaptation, reliability.

 

Work schedule: 11:00 am to 16:00 pm & 17:00 to 20:00 pm, Monday to Friday. (40 hours a week). According to needs, Saturday availability (4 hours - 1 yes, 2 no).
