Manager, Global Markets Undergrad

The Global Markets-Manager will play an integral role in the team, supporting in the execution of high-impact activities and marketing to provide strong IE brand awareness and drive increased recruitment of IE University in different regions.

• Develop new Sales & Marketing channels to promote the institution’s program portfolio & services. 
• Coordinate with various departments to maximize the institution’s recognition.
• Competitors’ benchmarking focusing mainly on their commercial activities and program offering.
• Coordinate and execute both large and small-scale related recruitment activities.
• Report to the Senior manager and Director on the activities and special projects of the unit.
• Work closely with the various teams within the institution: Marketing, Admissions and other relevant departments in IE.

• Masters’ degree from a top university.
• Solid creative, analytical and problem-solving skills is required.
• Good team player.
• Fluent in English. Other languages will be a plus.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Entrepreneurial and willing to take risks.
• Experience in Education would be a plus.
• The candidate should be willing to travel around 60% of his/her time. Especially around Europe.
