This position provides critical administrative support to the institution’s internal stakeholders, such as Program Management, Faculty, Registrar’s Office, Administration Dept., Planning, Publishing, Admissions, IT, etc.


The ideal candidate must have the following skills/qualities:

  • Strong project management skills to provide support on short, medium and long term projects related to logistics, planning, communication with other depts. regarding program content such as internships, electives, grade release, and other program administrative matters.
  • Attention to detail to handle sensitive information such as grades, ethics committee matters, and other administrative tasks such as compiling and organizing student data, and other program-related information. Proficient in Excel (i.e., capturing and recording important data, using shortcuts and formula functions, sorting and filtering data), a plus.
  • Problem solving skills to quickly address concerns, queries and feedback in a constructive and action-oriented manner.
  • Customer orientation in order to act as liaison to professors and internal (and occasionally external) stakeholders on questions and comments related to program academics, logistics and other administrative matters. The ideal candidate should have a strong desire to work in a multicultural environment, demonstrate a track record of interpersonal skills, excellent organization skills, and a “can-do attitude.”
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written to communicate with internal and external stakeholders. Proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • Team player that enjoys working with others in a collaborative environment, with a pro-active/positive attitude.
