The coordinator will be responsible for carrying out academic, logistic, operational and enrollment related duties for Executive Education Online Programs (HiOPs) and other Online Solutions win the department.
Support during the enrollment process for the programs in question:
Coordinate with the corporate clients and internal teams to execute the enrollment activities for programs in question
Attend to any administrative duties to ensure a smooth running of the enrollment duties
Give first level technical support when needed by leads and/or participants
Execute the delivery of the online programs as part of the “success team”:
Support course delivery activities for both self-paced online components, online sessions, forums and the rest of the activities during the programs
Attend to administrative and logistical duties to ensure a smooth running of the initiates in charge in the department
Assist participants and faculty before, during and after the programs
Implement surveys and do the reports associated
Use different follow up actions and learning analytics to foster participants’ engagement and maximize learning, learners’ satisfaction and completion rate
Offer support for the creation of a community of learners during and after the program:
Support learners after the courses to create a community around topics and interests
Implement interaction channels to ensure communication with learners and among them.
Take an active role for communication with different stakeholders and particularly with client needs:
Prepare necessary presentation materials for meetings and corporate client reports.
Service and results orientation
Fluent in English and Spanish (mandatory). Some level of Arabic would be desirable,
Communication and team-member skills,
Detail oriented and open to learn
Microsoft Office knowledge, and some level of digital learning tools (such as Learning Management Systems and videoconference tools - Zoom)
Experience in managing learning programs/courses would be desirable.
