Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Coordinator to help us in our overall marketing efforts at IE University. You will be an integral part of the execution of marketing actions to reach targets from brand awareness to product promotion on a global scale. 

 

A marketing coordinator should be a competent professional able to grasp consumer behavior trends and generate creative ideas. You should also be familiar in specialized marketing concepts, principles and tactics.  

 

The goal is to deliver effective marketing actions that will help our reputation and growth globally and secure enrollments for upcoming school intakes.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities 

  • Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns
  • Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, event promotion etc.)
  • Liaise with external vendors, partners, and media to secure and execute campaigns
  • Collaborate with the global marketing team and other internal stakeholders to implement marketing efforts
  • Multitask and execute several projects at the same time
  • Coordinate actions to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (social media, e-mail, paid media, etc.) 
  • Assist in collecting marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
  • Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned
  • Coordinate and work within a hybrid environment (online & face-to-face)

Qualifications

Requirements 

  • 1-2 years of proven experience in marketing or commercial role
  • Good understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/social media, LinkedIn, offline etc.) 
  • Exposure to marketing data analytics and tools
  • Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite, HubSpot, CRM) and applications (Web analytics, Google AdWords etc.)
  • Well-organized and detail oriented
  • Exceptional communication and writing skills in both English and Spanish
  • Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind
  • Enthusiasm for working in a diverse and multicultural setting
  • BSc/BA + master’s in marketing, communications or equivalent
