Responsibilities

Key Action Areas

 

  • Increase overall awareness of IE in LATAM region and its markets.
  • Plan, manage & implement business development and commercial activities for the region to promote IE’s Undergraduate, Master and/or Executive Education programs.
  • Support the Regional Director in setting and monitoring financial targets and budgets, as well as designing the marketing strategy for IE’s Undergraduate, Master and Executive Education Programs in the region.
  • Provide the Regional Director and the office Directors with data analytics, market insights and commercial Intelligence throughout the candidate pipeline. Foster data-driven decision making in the regional team.
  • Benchmark competitors focusing mainly on their commercial activities and program offering.
  • Coordinate with various IE departments to maximize the institution’s recognition.
  • Participate in appropriate recruitment and enrollment activities, including: Fairs, local or regional presentations, training sessions, orientation programs, career days, etc.
  • Support the Alumni Clubs, coordinate events for Alumni community in the region & identify new members of this growing community.
  • Develop an assigned market/segment in the region.
  • Reports to the Regional Director on the activities in the region.

Qualifications

We require:

 

  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in marketing, communications, business development, and/or sales, ideally in the education sector.
  • You have an MBA or a Masters’ degree from IE University or another leading school.
  • Proficiency in English is fundamental.
  • Experience in an international environment.
  • Intellectual curiosity, open minded and creative.
  • Great communication skills, entrepreneurial spirit, and commercial drive.
  • Strong teamwork capability and a positive customer-oriented style.
  • Analytical and numerical skills.
  • Solution-oriented and a positive/can-do attitude.
  • Availability to travel across the región.
  • Legal authorization to work in Spain.
