The Associate Director - NYC will play an integral role on the North America Global Markets team, leading and executing high-impact activities and marketing to provide strong brand awareness and drive increased recruitment in the North America.



  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies for Master’s degree programs across North America. Use data and tech tools to make strategic decisions.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of innovative marketing strategies and campaigns to drive brand awareness, and generate leads and student enrollment in North America.
  • Plan and execute both large and small-scale recruitment events including Master Classes, IE Experience Days, Admissions Days, school fairs, and other presentations.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with local and global organizations and companies, and manage related partnerships. Participate and contribute to the overall Corporate Relations strategy for North America.


  • 5+ years professional experience. Business development and/or marketing experience preferred. Experience in higher education a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills required.
  • Strong presentation skills required.
  • Entrepreneurial and willing to take risks.
  • Spanish preferred, but not required.
  • Travel within the Northeast required.
  • Multicultural or study abroad experience is a plus.
