The Planning Coordinator will maximize limited resources to achieve an optimal planning, integrating different interests from: Academics, Area and Program Directors, Publishing, Campus Life, students and professors.
Key Action Areas:
• Coordinate the course calendar and structure with the Program Management.
• Develop and implement program guidelines.
• Support professors´ appointment process together with the Area Directors.
• Gather professors´preferences and indications.
• Plan and schedule the IE business programs.
• Analyze activities and implement solutions for process optimization.
• Monitoring day-to-day scheduling changes.
• Oversee the correct course performance.
• Inform students of agenda adjustments.
Requirements:
• Master’s Degree from a top University.
• Advanced Level in English and Spanish: written and oral.
• 3 years’ experience in process/operations related positions.
• Ability to develop, plan, and implement short and long-term goals.
• Microsoft Office strong knowledge.
• Strong organization skills.
• Ability to manage resources effectively and establish priorities.
• Excellent communications skills.
• Team player.
• Hands-on approach.
