Overview

The Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and screening applicants for a variety of positions, facilitating and improving the placement of our staff in alignment with the strategy and objectives of the IE Departments. They will be involved in different recruitment activities for a variety of positions, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. The selected candidate will be a strong communicator, who will effectively work with both internal and external candidates.

Responsibilities

  • Write job descriptions and post them in the different recruitment platforms.
  • CV screening matching applicants to job openings.
  • Proactively harvest passive candidates against pre-agreed criteria.
  • Proactively utilize our recruitment platforms to build and grow pools of potential candidates.
  • Call applicants and perform phone screens.
  • Facilitate meetings between hiring managers and applicants.
  • Perform background checks on applicants and identify potential red flags.
  • Manage the responses to applicants ensuring a proper communication with the candidate.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor´s degree in a related field. Master´s degree will be valued.
  • 1-2 years of experience in recruiting.
  • Spanish and English bilingual.
  • Proven experience of delivering against multiple priorities to time and quality in a target driven environment.
  • Experience working with Recruitment Management systems and wider HR Technology is a plus.
  • Direct sourcing experience, in particular, the use of LinkedIn.
  • Ability to learn quickly.
  • Great communication skills.
